Want to enjoy a cocktail while reading In Case of Emergency by RB Lemmons? Try out the Tall Glass of “ICE” created for the book. This month’s drink is a mocktail because Terra, the FMC, does not drink. The MMC’s road name is ICE.

Ingredients
½ cup fresh lime juice
1 can coconut milk
¼ cup condensed milk
2 cups ice
½ cup cold water
Directions
In a blender, add all your ingredients. place the lid on and pulse until you get a slushie like consistency.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!
For an alcoholic version try adding 1-2 oz of coconut rum or lime-flavored vodka.
